What types of custom items do you offer?

We specialize in custom clothing and unique apparel designs for Greek organizations, businesses, and other custom needs

What is the typical turnaround time for custom orders

Our standard processing time varies based on order complexity and size, typically ranging from 4-7 days up to 2 weeks.  We always strive to meet customer timelines and communicate expected delivery dates. If you need an item quicker please send us an email at shopluxecrated@gmail.com prior to ordering. 

Can I order custom designs in bulk?

Yes, we welcome bulk orders for businesses, events, or organizations. Special pricing and options are available for large quantities.

What customization options do you provide?

We offer a range of customization choices, including puff prints, embroidery, heat transfer vinyl (HTV), and direct-to-garment (DTG) printing.

Do you create designs for non-Greek organizations?

Absolutely! While we love working with Greek organizations, we also create custom items for businesses, schools, and personal projects.

 What payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment options including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other digital payment methods for convenience.

Can you help me create a design from scratch?

Yes! Our design team is skilled in helping you create original concepts from scratch to make your vision come to life. Please fill out a custom quote and someone from out team will be in touch. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the USA 

What is your return/exchange policy?

We stand behind our products and will offer an exchange if you are not completely satisfied. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt to resolve it.
