Custom Order Process

Step 1- Custom Design Request & Design Fee


A non-refundable $35 design fee is required to begin any custom design. This fee covers the
creative time and resources used to bring your concept to life. Once paid, we will create and
send you a mockup of your design. If you move forward with an order, this $35 will be credited toward your total.

If your design is not one we can accommodate, we’ll notify you before proceeding.

Sample Order (Optional)

You may proceed directly to a full order based on the mockup, or request a sample item first.
• An invoice will be sent for one sample item, based on your approved mockup.
• Sample pricing ranges from $75 to $150, depending on the product type and
customization.
• Production begins only after full payment is received.
• This allows you to see and feel the item before committing to a full group or team order.

Full Order Confirmation

We will send a custom spreadsheet for you to complete with all personalization details
(e.g., names, ship names, numbers, etc.).

Once the spreadsheet is submitted, a final invoice will be sent based on your total
quantity and customization needs

Production & Delivery

Production will begin once full payment is received.


• We will provide estimated turnaround times and shipping updates.
• Timelines may vary based on item complexity and order size.
• If you choose to proceed with a full order without first ordering a sample, you do so at
your own discretion. Luxe Crafted Studio will fulfill the order based on the approved mockup and assumes no liability for dissatisfaction that could have been identified through a sample.
